Employment Drivers

Whilst a workforce plan exists for the CSG/LNG industry, the CSQ Workforce Planning Program Office will work with major contractors to develop a model for determining labour demand over the short, medium and longer term.  The building and construction industry labour demand model will be focused on projects over $100million and determine occupation’s growth using its relationship to industry employment drivers. Employment drivers (also high growth industry sectors) for the different construction industry sectors are as follows:
