HIA is committed to finding and supporting the next generation of skilled tradespeople. HIA established the youthBUILD program to attract more students into a career in residential building. The program recognises that in order for young people to able to make informed decisions about their future career prospects they need sufficient knowledge and experience on which to base their decisions.
