Employers

The aim of Doorways 2 Construction (D2C) and Doorways 2 Civil Construction (D2CC) is to assist employers to take on new apprentices who have completed a pre trade qualification that meets the criteria set by Construction Skills Queensland. Construction Skills Queensland supports the upskilling of existing workers, enabling them to meet new and emerging industry practices, licensing requirements and environmental considerations. CSQ provides reimbursement to individuals and employers towards some of the costs of training and assessment associated with acquiring a license.
