The 10% Policy is a major Government initiative designed to improve the levels of workforce development on major State Government funded building and construction projects. The primary purpose of the policy is to ensure that 10% of all labour hours worked on an eligible project come from individuals engaged in structured training, culminating in an accredited qualification.

If you are a principle contractor (ie. you represent the successful tenderer for the Government project) and do not already have an account, use the "Create New Account" button above. If you already have an account, log in using your account details that you will have received via e-mail.

If you are not the principle contractor, you should not need to use this tool directly. Please consult with your respective contractor regarding their methods for managing your compliance on their project.

For more information on the policy, consult DETA's "Better Purchasing Guide". Information can also be found on DETA's site.
