CSQ Workforce Planning
CSQ works with industry to deliver targeted workforce plans to meet the training and skilling needs of identified projects, sectors, regions and diversity groups.
CSQ’s Workforce Planning (WP) service supports industry stakeholders to better understand and manage ongoing workforce planning and development.
Understanding future workforce requirements enables industry to develop workforce capability and skilling responses that can adapt to changes in technology, labour demand and skills required.
CSQ’s current programs and industry engagement activities integrate with the WP service to provide ongoing operational support to stakeholders, regions, principal contractors, sub-contractors and the workforce.

CSQ worked in partnership with the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority (CRRDA) to develop a strategic workforce plan to guide the activities of the successful consortia including the development of two operational workforce plans.
